Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your TeakCo account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Furniture

  Carefully disassemble the item if necessary and place it back into its original protective crating to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Schedule a Pickup

  For oversized teak items, we will coordinate with our specialized white-glove freight partners to schedule a convenient collection time from your residence.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned timber for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
