How long does shipping take for large furniture items?
Standard shipping for large pieces typically takes 7-14 business days. You will receive a tracking number and a scheduled delivery window from our white-glove delivery partners.
Does TeakCo furniture require assembly?
Most of our dining tables and seating arrive fully assembled. For items requiring assembly, we provide clear instructions and all necessary stainless steel hardware inside the box.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can return it in its original packaging for a full refund, minus return shipping costs.
How do I maintain the natural color of my teak furniture?
To maintain the honey-gold color, we recommend applying a teak sealer once a year. If left untreated, the wood will naturally weather to a beautiful silvery-gray patina over time.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, all TeakCo furniture comes with a 5-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects and structural integrity under normal residential use.
